Group Therapy
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with a group of people at the same time. In group therapy, clients with similar problems work towards a specific goal in the company of a lead therapist and co-therapist. The environment created in group therapy is a small projection of the society in which individuals live in the outside world. In a group consisting of different people, clients have the opportunity to better understand themselves, to observe, realize, develop and change their interactions with themselves and others in the group.
