Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence, which can be classified as neither a child nor an adult, is a period in which young individuals go through many physical and mental changes. Along with physical, mental and emotional changes in adolescence, which is a transitional period, many young people may experience various emotional difficulties and have difficulty coping with these difficulties. Adolescent therapy is a process that helps to overcome the difficulties experienced in cooperation with the therapist, helps the person to know himself better, and makes the adolescent realize his own wishes and goals. With an impartial point of view, the psychotherapist helps the adolescent to gain different perspectives about himself and his environment by presenting a different perspective from his family.
